I've been loving Sade's music since I first heard Cherish The Day on the local contemporary R&B station when I was in middle school. I ran out and immediately got The Best of Sade after being drawn in by her slightly haunting yet still R&B and even Hip Hop sound. At 51 and after releasing her sixth album, Soldier of Love, Sade still maintains her signature look of red lips, smokey neutral eyes, and a slicked back long ponytail. It's very simple, but still captures Sade's mysterious and enchanting beauty. And like her music it's timeless! Below are my recommendations for how to recreate the classic look:
