I've always held fast to the concept of not matching my clothes but striving to master the art of coordination. That's why when I think of how this season's monotone, head to toe color trend is going to play out, I just think of everyone walking around looking like crayons. However, if you try to mix up a few (emphasis on few) different shades of the same color I think you can pull off a very layered, coordinated look. Add some accessories like glittery necklaces or a sturdy belt in the same color family and I think this trend might not end up as blah as its first impression.
